DUI Records in Utah Cities

Utah DUI case records are filed at the district court serving the county where each city is located. City police departments and county sheriff offices submit DUI arrest reports to the Utah Driver License Division within five workdays of each arrest. Court records for DUI cases in any Utah city are available through Utah Courts XChange or at the district court clerk for that county.
