Utah DUI records are filed at the district court in the county where the arrest occurred. Each of the 29 Utah counties has its own court clerk that keeps DUI case filings, from arraignment through sentencing. The Utah Driver License Division also receives DUI reports from law enforcement in every county within five workdays of each arrest.
